Hello world! My name is Victoria Ingram. I’m a British girl in her twenties who likes to live in the best way possible. I believe that having a healthy life is an opportunity to have a more fulfilling one, and I know that this is not easy. That’s why I wanted to share all of my secrets to the world.
I used to live in such an unhealthy way. I actually got to the point where I endangered my own life. When the doctors told me that my way of living was giving me serious health issues, I knew it was a matter of life and death. So I had to change my habits.
This wasn’t easy, of course. But as I continued to learn about how to improve my life, I started to feel so much better. Not only my physical condition was changing, my mental health was doing it to. Throughout the years, I learned some tips and tricks to make it easier and funnier.
I wanted to share all of those things to the world, so that anyone out there that is having troubles with making the change they need in order to be happier, could find a place that could offer them the solutions that they need. So I started this blog and it has been such an amazing experience! I’ve loved every single moment of it.
