"Born at an early age at the dog-end of the Seventies (too young, alas, for
punk; too bloody old to be "young" anymore), Nelson Stanley is the
collective term that the insectile hivemind Ythbarrh prefers to be referred
to as. As well as penning stories for the likes of Wicked Hollow and Dark
Animus magazines, and rock journalism for LOGO-Magazine (an independent
online and print music journal) he spends his spare time as Ganelon,
betraying Charlemagne at Roncesvalle; kissing Jews in a Garden at
Gethsemane; and being villified and hunted across Mediaeval France because
of an unfortunate resemblance to Gilles De Rais. He is the owner of several
Ramones albums. His favourite is probably "It's Alive". He likes the colour
black and has a morbid fear of being burnt at the stake (he prefers his
steaks medium-rare).

"Nelson Stanley, twenty four year old tyre-fitter and amateur rock hack, has
no excuses. He does have the world's largest collection of convincing
rationalisations and a growing number of plausible exculpations but, if
pressed, he will simply roll up into a ball and feign death. His fictions
have been accepted by magazines like Wicked Hollow and Dark Animus, and
he writes for LOGO-MAGAZINE, a print and online music journal."
