London-based Matthew S. Batham is 36, makes his living as a journalist, while dreaming of being the UK king of horror. So far he has had three novels rejected by every major publisher, but keeps scribing on with a recent flurry of success, including six published stories in Thirteen magazine and an acceptance by new American anthology Macabre Masters.
